Our policies ensure consistency, accountability, and protection for both our clients and team. 🔹 Consultation & Engagement All consultations require a non-refundable booking fee credited toward the project if services proceed. Designs, layouts, and recommendations remain the intellectual property of Teodosio Design LLC until a contract is executed. 🔹 Scope of Work All work follows a written scope approved before start. Any additions or unforeseen issues (plumbing, electrical, or structural) will be quoted and approved prior to continuation. Teodosio Design LLC is not liable for pre-existing or unpermitted conditions. 🔹 Timeline & Scheduling Timelines depend on design complexity, materials, and permits. Delays from suppliers or client revisions may extend completion; all updates are communicated promptly. 🔹 Payments & Billing Payments follow project milestones: Design • Materials • Construction • Completion. Late or missed payments may pause work. Invoices are itemized for transparency; accepted methods include bank transfer, card, or certified check. 🔹 Design Ownership All drawings and renderings are Teodosio Design LLC property. Clients gain limited usage rights after full payment; reproduction or distribution without consent is prohibited. 🔹 Quality & Warranty We guarantee professional workmanship under a one-year limited warranty, excluding normal wear, client damage, or third-party errors. Vendor materials carry their own warranties. 🔹 Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and property access. Client-supplied materials must meet quality standards. 🔹 Cancellations & Changes All revisions require written change orders, which may adjust cost or schedule.
